Do you remember me talking about a video I would make with funny Dúné clips? Well i had forgot all about it, but it was almost done, so I finished it today!

Dúné markerer tiårsjubilæum med gratis sang

De seks mand høje elektrorockere har været en tur i studiet for at genindspille velkendt Dúné-hit til sine fans

I dag kan de elektrorockende skibonitter fra Dúné fejre sit tiårsjubilæum som band, og det markerer sekstetten med en musikalsk godbid til sine fans.

Gruppen har således netop været i studiet for at genindspille en afpillet version af hittet "Dry Lips", hvor forsanger Mathias Kolstrup får musikalsk følgeskab af lidt sparsomt guitar og klaver fra bandkollegerne Danny Jungslund og Piotrek Wasilewski.

- Vi ønskede at give en gave til vores fans og andre interesserede som tak for ti gode år, så vi bad vores fans på Facebook om at stemme på deres favorit Dúné-sang til genindspilning i en "stripped down"-version. Vores hit "Dry Lips" fra 2007 blev valgt med et overdådigt flertal, og derefter tog vi i "The Hub Studios" i Berlin for at indspille sangen i one take med New York-produceren Hanan, fortæller bandet om indspilningen, som altså nu kan downloades kvit og frit via Dúnés hjemmeside.

Dúné fejrer 10 års jubilæum med gratis sang

Dúné kan i dag blære sig med, at have eksisteret i 10 år. Det fejrer de ved at forære en akustisk version af 'Dry Lips' væk. Læs mere og hent nummeret her.

 

I november sidste år offentliggjorde det unge band Dúné, at gruppens eneste pige havde valgt at trække stikket. Mens Cecilie Dyrberg er på vej ud på egne eventyr, fortsætter den nyslåede sekstet ufortrødent og kan i dag fejre deres 10 års jubilæum. Og nu tænker du måske: »10 år?...jamen er de ikke stadig teenagere?«. Faktisk er bandet efterhånden voksne, men de startede Dúné som små 12-årige skolebørn.
Bandet har valgt at fejre dette flotte jubilæum med en lille gave til deres fans. Det er en akustisk version af et af deres største hits, nemlig 'Dry Lips'. Danny plimter på guitaren, Piotrek sidder ved klaveret og Mattias styrer vokalen med hård og overbevisende hånd. Tak og tillykke drenge!

Happy 10th anniversary to the lovely guys. I really hope they will continue making wonderfull music for many years!
For me Dúné is more than just a band... They are an inspiration and some great, funny and sweet guys. Their songs are the ones you listen to when you're sad, happy, angry (Mattias' voice always calm me down :D), lonely... I could go on and on, there are songs for every mood!
And i love the fact that they love us fans as much as we love them!
They are just extraordinary!

Akti All Stars - Bloodlines

SPILLESTEDET og Aktivitetshuset har været samarbejdspartnere for arrangøren Mittendrin Veranstaltungs GmbH i sammenhæng med Dúné-koncerten den 1. oktober i MAX Flensborg. I forbindelse hermed har Aktivitetshuset udskrevet en konkurrence: Ved at være med til at indspille en video til DÚNÉs hit »Bloodlines« har sangerne været med i en lodtrækning om billetter til koncerten. Her er resultatet!

For the people there can't understand danish: It's a video made because of the Dúné concert 1th October in Max Flensborg . The people have a chance to win some tickets ;)
